What began as an urgent need to transform our own Airbnb into a self-sustaining business after realizing the traditional real-estate management model was outdated and ill-equipped for rising property costs, maintenance and Airbnb algorithms. Now it has evolved into a passion for helping others do the same. We specialize in transforming any property into a distinctive, memorable stay by being both strategic and design-driven We work across all budgets, grounded in the belief that a space can feel wildly chic and magnetic without excess spend.

Our design approach leans into the story, history and character of each place, using color, materiality, and atmosphere to build mood and a brand identity for your
home. We believe short term rentals should be both comfortable and homely while also offering a dreamlike quality of escape, place, rest and inspiration. Grounded
in beauty and detail-oriented design to create emotional resonance and a memorable stay that translates into bookings and returning guests.

Founder
Founded by Anna Carey who is a contemporary artist working with architecture as subject and medium. With
a doctorate focused on architectural spaces of leisure,
escape & memory including motels, hotels, and
holiday homes, she brings a rare conceptual perspective
to short-term rentals. Merging academic understanding,
creative artistic practice, architectural knowledge with
real hosting experience
and strategy.
